Sound Bath Meditation with Shri Yoga In-Person
Join us on the fourth Tuesday of each month for an hour of restorative sound immersion. This special sound experience includes restorative sound bowls, guided body scans, breathing exercises, tuning forks and gongs. We hope to help you create a deep relaxation and ease.
Participants are welcome to take the class lying on the ground or seated in a chair, however you are most comfortable and can best relax. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket, and be sure to dress warm and comfy!
